The biggest struggle that I face from behind the camera is the focus. The focus of a picture is often taken for granted, but a millimeter of rotation of the lens can change what’s going on in the picture. I’ve learned to appreciate my pictures as they are post-capture, because if I accept only what I saw beforehand, I will be sadly disappointed.
Spring brings a sacred clarity that Winter had whitewashed. I understand, Winter needs to protect the senses from frostbite, but Spring is the prize one receives for enduring it.
